Logo like and Don't like

London 2012 Olympics logo

This logo does not look aesthetically pleasing at all. The logo is so spread out and all over the place. One would find it hard to interpret what the symbols mean and it looks cheap and outdated.
How i Would improve this:
-completely redesign it is terrible

Blk Mrkt Bikes logo

  This logo is quite clever and displays a gun as the letter r which goes with the bike company name nicely. The boldness of the text suits the company that make freestyle MTB parts and bikes because it is in your face which relates closely to the sport. This logo and elements of the logo are displayed on blk mrkts products and makes them standout. Overall I think this logo is very appropriate for the company and is a clever design.
